Great... now I feel like cauliflower with white cheese sauce! Nic... when you have corned beef... do you have it with white sauce made with garlic, onion and chopped up tomatoes? Just wondering cause that is how my Irish mum makes it.

Corned beef with white sauce, onions, parsley but no tomato - now that is an intereting addition. Do you use fresh tommy's?

Yes, she chops them up, not too small and when the sauce is ready she just tosses them and lets the sauce warm them. They are not stewed at all, but hot... now I want corned beef with white tomato sauce... bugger! I am really hungry today.
