Guest guest
Greetings : Cook Rice. I keep a large bucket of long grain rice on hand. It easy to cook and you can add so many things to it. It also keeps well in the fridge for several days. Rice and Kidney beans, Cook rice and raisins and brown sugar plus milk. Rice cooked in apple juice, or flavoured juice or broth. Rice fried with veggies, I like rice with a grated carrot [ rice turns orange ] a bit of tinned meat i.e.. tuna, chicken or whatever. If your really having a bad flare-up get a small pot heat some water and make cream of wheat. Be sure to use a whisk to get rid of the lumps. Again use what ever flavour you have on hand. If soup's the thing you can make a big pot of soup using either a soupbone or if you have some leftover salad, put the salad in the blender add some vegetable juice like V8 and blend. Makes excellent soup. If you need more ideas give me a shout with some detail and I'll offer some suggestions. Blessings' D.
