Yesterdays lunch at and -

Several times this morning I have started this, now it's the afternoon and I am starting again. I hate being interrupted but I guess they are paying my way so I have to do their bidding.

How can I being to express my feelings for yesterday. I can only say that I love this group, I really felt like walking into and 's house was something I had done lots of times before – and it was the first time. What a lovely warm, caring group of people we all are. We all have fantastic stories to share as part of our journey and it's not always easy to get to chat with everyone so I apologise if I didn't get to speak with you all. I just had a great time, terrific company. I am grinning like a Cheshire cat here.

How lovely to have everyone come from near and far to be all together at one time, special thankyou to Cheryl for making the journey especially bearing gifts – not necessary but appreciated all the same. And to darling Maree for being the group activities co-ordinator for our guests. You opened your home to make that possible!

and – fantastic! You really excelled yourself and , your hubby is such a dear putting up with us all and managed to stay in good humour despite being outnumbered! I am still chuckling about our talk on the Mornay recipe. I asked you if you knew how to make a white sauce and you said yes. I didn't think any more of it and didn't find out until later when I was speaking to that you are a chef – so you could teach ME how to make a white sauce!

Ahh, its going to take me days to come down but I love it. I can't express my thoughts as adequately as I would like, because boy we really do have an excellent bunch of people here. I am so honoured to be able to share my journey with you all (that goes to those that were in absenteeism too)
