Guest guest
Hi Amy, Welcome to the group. A lot of parents here, have been put off by their pediatrician. Myself included. The guilt you are feeling is something we've all gone through. You are doing something for Paiton now and that is what is important. My daughter too had torticollis. She was in physical therapy for 3 months, twice a week. I also did a lot of stretching at home. It is very important for you to do stretches with you son, to resolve the torticollis. Plagio and tort go hand in hand. Here is a link to a web page that shows you how to do the stretches. They really do work! http://www.pedisurg.com/PtEduc/Torticollis.htm There is also a group called torticollis kids. I'm sure they can help you out with your son's tort. Torticolliskids/ Please keep us posted on Paiton's progress. > > Our daughter just diagnosed yesterday.
