Guest guest
Every thing I've read on here about ssri sexual dysfunction includes difficulty having an orgasm or getting aroused, however it seems a little different for me.. I stopped taking zoloft a few months ago and ever since then I've noticed it takes a much, much shorter time to reach orgasm than it used to. Not only that, but I'm also experiencing the lack of pleasure itself. Luckily it's still there but only a tiny fraction of what it was, and not satisfying at all. The past week or so I've been getting physically (not mentally) aroused almost all the time. It's very annoying, but is fairly weak. I remember reading this as a symptom of post ssri dysfunction somewhere, but haven't read of anyone experiencing this. The hopeful side of me wants this to be a sign that my body is recovering. It may just be in my head, but I swear I've had a little more sensation return.. I'm almost more scared about the frequent physical arousal lasting rather than the lack of sensations... the more paranoid side of me thinks of seeing people with persistent genital arousal disorder on TV.
