Dear Kristy: I understand how you feel with your panic attacks since I

suffered with them for quite some time when I was younger. Also I have two

sons that suffer with them also. Be rest assure there is help for this

problem. First I would go and see your doctor, tell him exactly how you

feel. Let those who love you know what you are going through, it is nothing

to be ashamed of, in this way they can uinderstand and help you too.

There is medication for this condition,and groups that you can go to. Panic

attacks are a common illness so you are not alone in this. Please go to

your family doctor, who takes care of you, a pastor, a counselor or most of

all your loving parents. You will be in my prayers and the prayers of many
