- estruturas do canto medial da órbita - _medial canthus of the orbit_ - OK

- quadro clínico - _clinical picture_ - OK

- Os pacientes eram colocados em posição supina com cabeceira elevada. -

_patients were placed in a supine position with raised headboard_

- foi feita uma incisão na mucosa nasal lateral anterior à inserção da

cabeça do corneto médio - _head of the middle turbinate_ - OK

- A osteotomia foi realizada com osteótomo modificado com corte lateral

(backbitte) - _modified osteotome with lateral blade (?)_ lâmina do tipo

foice - _sickle knife_ - OK
