Coagulated milk from last pregnancy???

Hi ladies,

A doula friend asked me a questions about a prenatal client of hers.

Apparently, she has coagulated milk behind her nipples, from her last nursing

baby, and her OB has her worried that she may not be able to breastfeed this

time around.

Have you ever heard of this? If so, what should she do before the baby is born?
