Yay! I let my rep know that it was too high for me. Maybe enough of us said something. Cheryl To: Sent: Friday, August 3,

I finally got a phone message today with the amount of my freight credit. We have until Sept 30 to place an order using the credit. The message stated that the minimum order has been changed from $500 to $250. Not sure if it depends on what size your business is, or if they changed it for everyone due to complaints, but I am happy it has been lowered to a more manageable amount.

Lucina who makes the Melodi pump has worked out a way and has the forms on their website. To: From: flhenry@...Date: Fri, 3 Aug 2012 09:17:33 -0700Subject: RE: Re: Medela freight credit

I wonder if it has to do with the new insurance rules. Since

breastpumps are supposed to be with no cost to moms maybe they are only listing

places with a DME? I was hoping the pump companies (Medela, Ameda &

Hygeia) would find a way for those of us who sell their products to work with

the insurance companies. I guess that is something that will take longer to

figure out.

If you sell/rent Medela pumps, you might also

want to check on your listing under the "Where to Buy" tab. It's

changed. Under "Buy Products" and "Rent Products" only

large retailers are listed. All of us little guys are under "Find

Lactation Professionals," even if our business is primarily sales. I've

disappeared entirely (I've only been associated with them for 23 years) and

when I checked Hirsch's listing, she's there but without any indication

that she rents pumps. So I'm guessing there might be a lot of screw-ups.
