Guest guest
Ray, remember that exercising isn't going to kill off a virus; it's just going to make it harder for your body to heal. If you have a virus, you need rest, not exercise. If I were in your situation and had a temperature of 102, I'd be checking in with my doctor. I hope you'll do that. This isn't a time for self-diagnosis. Best wishes, and thanks for the good web site. Today I cannot work and really can't do much of anything, due to fatigue, aches and pains, etc. I'm kinda thinking I really need to start my treatment to start killing off this virus, before it does even more damage! Guest guest
Dear Ray, Welcome! It sounds like you may need to be seen or perhaps a flu? Don't mess around. I'm told to check in at 101. I had peritonitis once with 103, a few bladder infections that caused my fever to jump. So you want to keep on top of things and go to the ER if necessary. Are you on any meds? You've been doing well it sounds like for a very long time. I'm glad you have a good dr. that helps a lot and I can relate to the insurance - some folks here haven't been able to get any even. Scary. Hope we hear from you again! Amy
