Guest guest
Hi, What is the general opinion here about wheat grass juice? I have occasionally had some, and was wondering. I'd guess it isn't something people have done historically, but it's sprouted wheat... Thanks, Laurie

Wheat grass wouldn't be necessary to have but taking it won't hurt you if you do not react to it. A couple of our members reported they had no problems with it. You could try it and let us know how you do. When you start on the wheat grass do not change anything else. Okay? Also start with small amounts taken with meals that contain protein and good fats (fats are necessary for absorbing the nutrients and slowing the release of carbs into the system), and only gradually increase the amount.
