Interesting. Related to that, there are references

that kukicha tea contains lots of calcium. I have had a customer order some and

look on the label and email us as it mentioned none in the nutrient makeup. I

had just accepted that as fact up to that point.

I just measured the ph of kukicha tea - made with twigs - quite strong and it

came out at 4.5 - 5.0 which is a very acidic result. Since bancha is supposed

to be alkalisng, I am puzzled....
