Bill, most herbs that you see in the store come under food supplements and I

believe come under the food packaging guidelines (not sure where to find

them). Essential oils could come under the category of fragrance, or drugs.

I'm sure some could be listed as food additives, but I think it would be a

small list. Much would depend on whether you make claims.
