I tried it years ago before I got PSSD, but it made me feel ill. I have

tried various amino acids over the years but I tend to feel not that

great on them. 5HTP gave me raging tinitus and it felt that my head was

in a bucket, and triptophan did work a bit better and actually felt

quite nice for a day or two, but then stopped working and made me feel

muzzy headed. To be trueful, I'm rather fearful of messing about with my

neurotransmitters on a long term basis, it could unballance things more.

I'm open minded, though, if someone finds one that helps, I will give it

a go.
