What surprised me was that PSSD never ever turned up on Breggin's site. About 18 months ago I contacted Breggin and Ginger Breggin, his wife, said to me that they were going to watch Stuart Shipko's film that evening. I never heard anymore.

Let's hope that survey we have filled in leads to something. I sometimes feel that it could take even more years for this to come out into the open. 30 years ago one psychologist was trying to get the problem of PSSD into the media with no success. If she had been succcessful, most of us here probably would not have PSSD today. If my doctor had said to me that this antidepressant might help you, but although it is very rare, some people lose their sex drive forever, I would not have gone near the drug with a barge pole.

We've been duped. But also, many people who take these drugs and become addicted unable to them give up. They induce chronic depression in lots of people and that is great for business. My girfriend has been on them seven years now, and yet she never needed them before that. Now she can't go without them.
