Good enough improvement

I thought I'd give a quick update now that I've been on Dr. Lin's

(http://www.actionlove.com) herbal supplements for 5 months along with 3000 mg

fish oil, 2000 IU Vit. D., Nature's Plus Women's Libido Supplement, 1000 mg of

royal jelly, 500 mcg of Vit. B-12, 200 mg DIM, plus 1/4 tsp. turmeric.

I'm happy to say that orgasm strength has consistantly returned to what it was

prior to going on the poison lexapro. I can honestly say that I feel pretty

much recovered from genital anesthesia (remember I had total loss of sensation,

including having experienced pain free, drug free child birth) Dr. Lin said

that it would be a gradual recovery taking approximately 6 months.

I still am without sensation when I flex my pc muscle, so I don't know if that

will ever come back. To have orgasms that feel very pleasant (OK, not amazing,

but I never had that anyway - because of sexual dysfunction caused by birth

control pills) is good enough for me. I had well over 3 1/2 years of

pleasureless orgasms, so I feel fortunate that I have substantial recovery.

I have posted before about having recovered vaginal sensations (which I had

never experienced before because of birth control pills) thanks to the DHEA in

Dr. Lin's pills and the Women's Libido Supplement, and that improvement still

continues. Unfortunately, the arousal I feel still only happens with a full

bladder pressing on the anterior fornix/epicenter/second Gspot, not based on

sexual stimuli, but again, it's good enough.

I still plan on taking the supplements for at least another month and see what

happens. I don't know if I'll ever recover some aspects of my sexuality that

birth control pills robbed from me, although Dr. Lin said that his pills would

indeed do that. We'll see.
