How far back in time is there documentation of midwives slicing short frenulums? I believe there is mention of tongue tie in the bible, isn't there? Hi all -

My brother-in-law's departmental director (social work) at University of Missouri is on an anthropology dissertation committee and she is curious as to whether or not there are any burning questions related to breastfeeding that need studied. I thought this would be a good place to start, any suggestions for questions or people for her to contact would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
