I'm so glad you mentioned it b/c since I've met she's had this

thing for criticizing herself and to me she is absolutely stunning!

She will be totally uncomfortable right now but I don't care. the

girl is a twig too and she thought she looked fat in a bathing suit

so she didn't get one even though she needed one and some moron with

her who saw her (I won't mention names) didn't correct her and

say " you are NOT fat, you have a beautiful shape anything you put on

looks great on you "

On the cruise I learned that we shouldn't work out with weights and

should do aerobic activity and build up a sweat doing stuff outside

the gym. I think it was in Verne's class. I don't really remember

anything else but I'm sure Adam can explain perfectly.

Yea, I'm thrilled to have and Adam as moderators, they really

make this group what it is!
