Hot mustard foot baths, followed by a massage with a comfrey and chilli cream

and then a pair of warm socks.

Add salt and sodium bicarbonate to the footbath - mustard on it's own tends to

promote athlete's foot.

How much mustard do you add to a normal footbath?

If you mix approx equal parts mustard powder, salt and bicarb, I'd add about a

heaped tablespoon of the mix to a footbath.
