Guest guest Posted April 18, 2001 Report Share Posted April 18, 2001 I am creating a summer menu for my family using Price's principles and am having difficulty coming up with enough ideas. We had plenty to choose from for our winter menu, but I'm stuck with this one. We live in Florida, where it is hot already, and eating a soup, stew or casserole that has been in the oven for an hour is absolutely unappetizing. Ideas on foods that can be served cold?
