So pleased that things have settled with the port site. They are a bigger incision, so they seem to have a few more problems with healing. At least the discharge has stopped, that is a good sign I guess. So long as it doesn't become sore, that might mean infection behind and that is not good. I know you are a sensible person, so things wouldn't get too the `golden staph' stage – but that is a real fear isn't it?

I know you are not on to solids as yet, but I do know that liquorice is another great `unblocker'. Some of that Darrell Lea soft liquorice would go down a treat… mmm.
