Hi Kristy,

Could you please supply the author of the potty training book that you

recommended. I haven't been able to find it by title alone. Kelsey has

been potty training with pull ups for about 9 months. She goes both on the

toilet and in her pull up everyday. I haven't pushed things but I would

like her to be able to go to preschool in the fall and she needs to be

trained for the school I am considering. Thanks,

Tina Jordan mom to 9 1/2, Caroline 5, and Kelsey 2 1/2

Some children with mds and ds experience autism. Children with Austism

sometimes do not speak.

son, Garrett, hardly spoke at all until he was 3. And he has no

developmental delays. Even with my speech therapy background, I still

couldn't get him to talk. Now, Garrett is 7, and never quits talking! lol

Less than a Day "

the same method (just a little simpler) for the developmentally abled. I

used this method with Tim and Garrett, and they were both trained very

easily. Once you begin training, I do not recommend using pull ups. I used

them with Garrett for a while and we were always having accidents. Once I

quit using pull ups, he never had another accident. They just feel too much

like diapers for the kids to care.
