The biggest problem of pssd ist to much talking... testing this hope storys is

the best you can do.

In german group one guy is repeating the first cases with littel success after

few weeks(better emotion and less apathy). Iam testing strongmanbao/vine essence

soon. We have another german case with full recover by Complex Essence, that

will be test soon too.

I know pssd makes busy in head but the only way out of this hell is doing

something, crying and talking do help for first time, but than you must go for

finding solution.

There was a guy here once who had depression all his life and had been

treated for this he got then got PSSD as well. He said he was born

depressed. He then did some CBT in his teens, or maybe early twenties,

and became an alpha male, so he said. He then got a lovely girlfriend

but he told her he had no sex drive but she was okay with this. The next

thing he starts to fall in love with her and some time after that he

starts to feel randy too. Eventually his sex drive comes back full pelt

and he is cured.

I lost his post which I kept for inspiration, and I would sometimes post

it here to give others hope. If anyone has it please post it.

is what cured him. I never did believe the alpha male stuff myself, but

I did feel that by overcoming his depression and falling in love with

his girlfirend this played a vital part in his recovery. His article was

quite long and I condensed down to a paragraph. He seemed a pretty

genuine guy to me, and some people do recover from PSSD. I hope I do as

well someday.

I tend to agree with below. Although we need to be sympathetic with sufferors, yet this group have gone a long journey from just venting. I have noticed through 3 years of reading the posts many were looking for magic stick or proven method. The ones that got results were the one that kept trying. The social part is ONE way in my opinion, but when you dont have a

girlfriend/boyfriend or still anxiety, its hard to deal... so so only way left

is: testing (nature) stuff.

I dont know what " love " is anymore... i was in relationship for two years with

pssd. sex feels like anoying work, kissing like dead chickenwings...

i will go on... i will never give up. i will find a sulution for this unhuman

state. than i will celebrate my live, like a reborn, enjoy every day.

i think when this group will work more efficient, we can beat this illness.

we need different testing groups for different supplements, maybe one supplement

and 3 people testing it. so we can testing the " hole market " of supplimentes in

short time. iam sure there is one " ultimate " cure out there, but when everbody

is crying and doing nothing... nothing will happen. dont let pssd get your live,

everyday without searching AND doing sulutionwork... is lost in space.

i hope this himalaya stuff will do it. the chinese stuff is still at custom... i

hope they will give it to me. when you are american its easy to get. once again

doing nothing is pssd let beat you down !

When our original mental state's return, high-anxiety,depression,ocd, etc then sexual function will follow, for people who have extreme anxiety and depression , then there not completely dull and they should have sexual function . When my anxiety is high, when my thoughts are irrational/ocd, my sexual function is 100%. My current state is ''almost'' no anxiety ,mild ocd , depression is not there, still feel content , no sweaty palms,no cracky voice , and I have a problem word finding as my concentration is not as sharp. I can obtain an erection but have little sensation, I am very dull down there and in other areas, I have a ''extremely muted orgasm'' 2-10 if I had to measure. Sexual function goes hand in hand with are mental issues. I know when anxiety comes back, get the stupid worries for nothing, the irrational

thoughts amd sweaty palms, when uneasy stress is back,when I feel guilty for past events ,small irrational bs, I know that my sexual function is back or around the corner. How many people with PSSD have there original mental issues now that they had prior to using drugs, I bet not many, and for the ones that do have anxiety and depression, it must be a more mild form. I want what you want, I want ''ME BACK'' , I want the social anxiety, the ocd, the shame, the guilt ,the motivation, and the sexual function which is awesome, orgasm ,genitals sensations. What do you have in Mind, amphetamines, cocaine, extreme exercise which I don't think is enough, a relationship with a girl. I still have mild emotions, I can laugh, and can get a erection and I can get a tear in my eye once and a blue moon ,however i can't cry. I tried extreme sports'' white water rafting'' thinking a Flight or fight stressfull scary event would bring my original mind state back. testing different methods/supplements and when something dont work for 10 people

.... why the hell anybody try this again ??? this is dump ! we need repeat sucess

i don't think it's just time anymore, SSRIs effected my sexual function in hours, some people took them for a week and have sexual dysfunction. The body shouldn't take 5 years to recover . Are brains were altered, and we just have to find the right switch to turn back on. Time Time, I don't want to wait 20 years. Like your thinking the only issue is, that SSRI's are like ecstasy, which floods your brain whereas suppliments require time to work/buildup and can actually be more harmful than ssris if overtaken etc.So even though you are wanting it I doubt that it would be a case of popping a couple of pills and boom fixed.And I have taken most of the suppliments as well, what is helping my recovery most is TIME, for (my thinking) receptors to up/down regulate and for the rest of the nervous system to build back up.

The structure of this yahoogroup is very bad, we need build up a database with testing different methods/supplements and when something dont work for 10 people ... why the hell anybody try this again ??? this is dump ! we need repeat sucess cases, and when nothing of this help build up database, belive me when only 20 % of this group will help testing we get health in very short time.

i post some good stuff about sucess cases... nobody respond and say: ok i will do it, everybody thems thinking: oh other will do it and wait ... for waht ? nothing happens... apathy. get as up !

this thread will go down and nothing happens... i see it come.

you have it for 5 years and it doesnt occur to you that you might have

irreversible brain damage?! how many things have you tried? 20? 50? there is no

such magic bullet that cures brain damage! there is nothing that can reverse the

impact of these toxic ssri chemicals. and destroying the german group by acting
