Tonus konserviert, G > English

The German may or may not be a proper term, but that's what I have. My

initial rendering is 'conserved tone (or: tonus) / tone conserved', depending

on

the particular sentence (I have used it before in translations read by medical

practitioners, and nobody remarked on it). This is now being disputed. The

alternatives offered are:

tone preserved (??)

complete tone (hm - not quite the same thing logically)

tone intact (possible, but I tend to apply 'intact' to physical structures).

Any thoughts on this?

Thanks,

Hi ,

What is the context exactly? Skeletal muscle, heart, vessels?

" Tone/tonus maintained " perhaps?

cheers
