Here's what the owner of the site told me. It sounds like I can't do this and still be code compliant. what do you think??? Thank you all.Yes, Similac is an underwriter. Studio One Networks is creating this content in part because Similac is sponsoring it. However, Studio One Networks is the ultimate owner of the material. Similac will have a "brought to you by" slug at the top of the page, and there will be two small ad units labeled "from our sponsor" (however, the site will not have other advertising on it - which is kind of nice).
