Guest guest
.. It is highway robbery.. After reading your post, I am dreading having to call Blue Cross today to try and get a new glucose meter.. About 3 months ago I wanted to reduce my auto insurance and it took 2 weeks, 3 letters and more phone calls than I care to remember. They gave me the address themselves over the phone and then told me they could not act on my request because I sent it to the wrong addresss. Every person I talked to had a different story...You can bet if I wanted to increase my coverage they would have done it with one phone call.. > > Impressive pages, Bob! > > After reading the last few messages, I read my mail -- from Secure Horizons, > the United Health Care HMO. Guest guest
Wow Im like so surprised here. Called Blue Cross to see if I could get a new meter.. They referred me to their site wherein I got a couple of numbers.. Called one and they didnt have the meter I use but gave me another number to call. After 2 minutes they are sending me a FREE meter that I wanted and they didnt even take my insurance info. It wasnt necessary.. If anyone wants these numbers, let me know..
