I really feel that I am in a "taking" mode and not a "giving" with this forum right now. I hate that because for so many years I have been involved in many ministries, but I can't help it right now. When everything settles down a little, I hope I can be supportive to others. With that said, I have a doctor's appt. this afternoon and I want her to test my adrenals. My cortisone level was fine according to my endo., so he said I just have Generalized Anxiety Disorder. My symptoms are, that I am fine on an everyday basis, but if I face the smallest obstacle I begin crying and my hands shake. I have experienced this before, but not to this degree. It is very embarrassing. I was at Walgreens and after waiting days to get my son's testosterone script. they said we had to get a doc. authorization and then the ins. comp. would review it and let us know if it was approved. He has been taken off all thyroid meds. and has been pretty depressed. I stood there and cried in front of everyone. I hate that. Then I went to my car, thought about it and was o.k. I know that having a pit. problem with only a TSH deficiency is so rare, so I am not willing to go on antianxiety meds. without first testing my adrenals and making sure my FT3 by dialysis method is o.k.
