Vegan looking into macrobiotic diet

or so. I just picked up 'The Hip Chicks Guide to Macrobiotics', and

would like to get more information, especially recipes.

Hello, I have been vegan and mostly macrobiotic for a few years now.

My mom and dad are macrobiotic for 9 years and cured cancer.

I just started researching Macrobiotics, and purchased " The Hip

Chick's guide to Macrobiotics " so I am looking for groups with other

people I can discuss it with and learn new recipes from, etc.

Sheesh, I'm bored with myself and my greetings so here I go again.

We have a huge archive and check thru it to see what we've discussed

or even debated. There is a section for links and photos, check

them out, add some, whatever.

I had a friend drop out b/c she is hard core vegan and too upset

over ppl discussing flesh eating. I would prefer to stay more on

the vegan level as it hurts me to hear about ppl consuming flesh too.

I LOVE sharing recipes and hearing stories.

There are some really knowledgeable ppl here so ask all sorts of

questions and share. There is nothing stupid you can say about mb I

don't think. Hey I come up with some of the whackiest ones

sometimes too. Right ??????????????

I want to know how you guys got led to mb, what you think of it,

your downfalls your high points, your fav foods, etc.
