In a couple of hours, I go to the Dr. for my FMS to be evaluated for

SSI. Please, say plenty of prayers. I can only say that if he is as

knowledgeable about FMS as I've been told, he will know for sure how

difficult things are for me and my family right now. Please, say

prayers, as I will need them more than ever today.

Margie,

I advocated for many people in getting Social Security benefits, & had to

sue for my own. Please contact me privately about your case if you wish &

give me the status, details & whether you have anyone advocating for you .

If I can I will help.

Also, calling the moderator nice names is appreciated!

Prayers said . Just say them for me on May 12th. That's when I have to go

see a MD that SSA is sending me to for evaluation. Been fighting for SSDI for

almost 3 yrs. Had to quit my job of 10 yrs, just couldn't do it anymore. I

know

of a news type group that shares SSA info if anyone wants to ck into that.

Don't think I have the addy, but can get it for you.

I really enjoy this new group. And appreciate our monitor. On the fms newsgroup

there would be occassional flare wars. Something that I can't handle and really

don't need. So I now belong to a " private " fms chat group. It is small and not

very busy, but the support is always there. If you don't belong to any sort of

support group it would help to check one out. It really does help to talk and

listen to others that really know how you feel. Prayers for all

chronic_pain'ers. Margie
