Hi all,

Several members have responded to my request for help with moderating &

help with setting up a web page. I am very happy to have people who are

willing to pitch in a bit, and am just sending a general note about why I

made the request. I have to get some other work out, & will reply to the

individuals as soon as I can.

First, it seems to be in the nature of this kind of support list to get

overloaded & end up generating too much mail. When & if this happens, I am

thinking about breaking the list down into sub-groups (smaller, more

intimate lists), & will then need more moderator help.

Second, as our volume increeases, I will need backup with moderating.

Third, I would like us to collaborate on producing a useful web site for

ourselves & others, & am interested in feedback about contents, and help in

setting it up. I already have a site to use.

Fourth, I have large autoresponder capability at my business site, and can

put all kinds of information in text files people can retrieve instantly

from the autoresponders. I would like to setup an information library for

list members & others that way. Information could include specific stuff on

the many various related conditions (CFS + etc), FAQS on various

traditional treatments & non-traditional treatments, Social Security, aids

like tens units, alpha stim & others, & things that are very repetitive on

lists to make it easier on all of us.

Again, I do appreciate those of you who have expressed interest in

helping, and would also like input on creative ideas.

Have a good weekend everybody (if you can). Work at it!

Oh great one, Ken (sucking up again)......lol

I like your ideas a lot. Especially having 2 separate pages. one for those

faq's

that ppl get so tired of answering. Just refer them to the page, then if they

still

have questions come and ask.

keep up the good work.

Margie (trying to have a good weekend.)
