Guest guest Posted April 20, 2006 Report Share Posted April 20, 2006 Hi Everyone Yesterday I had my first appointment with Dr Ritchie. It went really well - better than I had expected anyway :-) Dr Ritchie was really nice and explained everything clearly and made me feel really at ease and answered all the concerns I had which was fantastic. What was amazing was that he has set my surgery for May 15 at the Sydney Private Hospital. I expected it to be much later than that. The only thing that might change it will be if my bloods or xrays come back with anything wrong with them. I now have to go onto Optifast until my surgery, so hopefully that will be enough time for the Optifast to do it's magic. I am very excited - but a little nervous that it is all happening so fast!!
