I enclose as an attachment my blurb about enemas. I do suggest however that if

you are going to recommend it to a patient, you try it on yourself first.

I too found chewing plantago leaves and placing them on a splinter drew it out

as it says in my american herbals. I used it on a child once at a summer camp

who got one stuck under a nail. We put it on in the evening and kept it on with

some cloth and by morning the splinter had come out enough that it was able to

be plucked out.

Alopecia: Last year I had a lady in her fifties come with this problem to the

extent that she had patdhes on her head where hair was thinning and falling out.

on and off for 8 years, recently became worse and was spreading. She also was

experienceing stress and poor sleep.

I basically used a hormone-immune tonic blend, plus a blend to promote hair

growth plus a lotion of herbs to put on her areas of hair loss. I recommended a

detox diet for minimum three weeks and daily intake of nettel tea. The lady

followed instructions very well, drank lots of nettle tea, it became her staple

drink.

Hormone formula: kelp, ginseng, black cohosh, vitex, ginger, sarsaparilla, dong

quai, licorice, wild yam.

Hiar growth lotion, to be applied to scalp: 10 ml vodka, 20 ml water, 5ml

Brinjaraj/ Eclipta alba, 2 drops each eo rosemary, giinger, cypress. After 6

months this was changed to 10 ml walnut leaf tinct, 20 aml water, 5 ml

brinjgaraj, 5 ml gotu kola, 5 ml nettle tiinctures plus the essential oils/

Internal tincture: began with bringaraj - 50 ml. 50 ml equisetum, with lesser

amounts e.g. 20-25 ml. nettle, dong quai ( to move and nourish blood), yellow

dock, burdock, horsetail, prickly ash, gingko, nettle. Later this was changed to

include some licorish and black cohosh and gotu kola, leaving out yellow dock,

burdock and dong quai.

She also received reflexology treatments where I concentrated on stress recovery

points, kidneys, endocrine points.

She had good results after about 6-7 months. Hair began to regrow in the patches

and herbs were discontinued. But then just recently ( 15months later) a new

patch has begun to appear.

Hope this helps.
