Dear Sebastian

Thanks very much for this and the reference. Sounds useful stuff. Is the

Triphala mix distinct from the other ones you mention? I presume Kaishore

guggul, Punarnava guggul, and the kancahnara guggal tablets are all

different, depending on which other herbs you combine it with.
