Guest guest
I am giving l-carnitine, taurine, moducare and IP6. All of these should be given on an empty stomach (though I sometimes give the amino acids with a low protein snack). Can I give these all at once? Or how should I separate them? is going back to school this week, and it will be hard for me to find multiple times before/after school when his stomach is empty! Thanks,
Guest guest
I have most of the kids on a once daily or twice daily supplemental program, so it all goes in together. It may not be absolutely maximum absorption, but it is just too darned hard to be stringing supps all day long, and some is better than none. It is primarily other proteins that interfere, so if you can mix it all with pear juice or pear sauce, I think it would be all right. Dr. JM supplements question > I am giving l-carnitine, taurine, moducare and IP6. Guest guest
EEEEEKKKKK. I'd been mixing 's (3 3/4 years old) with juice and giving the juice to him at breakfast and second round at lunch. Should I try to get him to drink and fininsh the juice BEFORE the meal? Thanks Kathleen > I have most of the kids on a once daily or twice daily supplemental program, > so it all goes in together.
