Guest guest
Hi Elaine Good news on the fill, hopefully it will do the trick. Mine is going well. I am pleased that I can at least get some things down on the weekend. I did cancel a dinner on Saturday night because it was going to be a buffet for $60 and I wasn't keen on spending that money when I couldn't eat a thing! I can eat about a half a cup of something or a little bit more if it is lentil soup. I made a pot of that yesterday and it is going down a treat! I am quite tight because this morning water was staying put for a while before going down. I am happy to stick with this and will not have a fill for a bit. I don't know if the scales are moving, but the pants I have on today are a bit on the loose side from what I remember them to be. That might just me getting rid of excess water anyway. Keep us up to date with you! Nx

Guest guest
I don't care as long as I don't get reflux! I do feel like I have a big glob of something at the back of my throat though; wonder if it is to do with the tightness. Nx
Guest guest
yes, i live in fear of the dreaded reflux - i had some mashed chick peas just now and they went down really easily so i think i need some more fill - i prefer to do it slowly and it fortunately doesn't cost much as i feel i made mistakes with fills the first time round as it was sooo expensive that i tended to overdue it!!!! >-- Original Message -- >To: SydBand > >Date: Tue, 18 Apr 2006 02:26:52 -0000 >Subject: Re: NICOLE> back to Elaine >Reply-To: SydBand > > > >I don't care as long as I don't get reflux!
