It is called elma creme. It is a prescription creme. You could ask your Dr. if he thinks it would be helpful for Tina next time. I don't know what you could do to help with the carpal tunnel test. I'm not familiar with that one. The Dr. should not have told her it hurts ahead of time. The anxiety will only make matters worse. I'll be hoping for the best.
