Never combine Viscum and Centella??

Does anyone know why Viscum album should 'never' be combined with Centella?

This is what a Dr Heinerman states in Bartram's Encyclopaedia.

One of my Pxs, who has just begun taking homoepathic drops of Iscador, drew

my attention to this. Her homeopathic doctor knows she is taking Centella as

part of her herbal medicine, and did not object.
