I can't handle Sustiva, now what?

All,

I was on the combination of Sustiva, Viread and 3TC. Well it has

been almost 90 days on this and I just cannot handle the sleep

disturbances any more. So it looks like I will have to drop Sustiva

and go with something else. Which meds should I consider next to

reduce the probability of Lipoatrophy? It sounds like Viramune can

do a number on your liver. So which PIs have a low lipoatrophy

profile?
