What is the best size of capsule to use for making up one's own capsules from

dried herbs? Also, any tips/pitfalls/advice would be very welcome. Thank

you in advance.

Dear ,

I always use size 0 this seems to be the standard

size in the industry although some people prefer the 0.5g size I think this

is 00. the others hold about 0.3g of powder depending on bulk etc.

I can supply if you wish £20.00 per 1000 vegi only larger quantites cheaper.
