ethylhydroxyethylcellulose (li-gel)

Li-gel is a (the?) trade name for ethylhydroxyethylcellulose, a

cellulose derived hydrocolloid...in other words, it's a thickening

agent/viscosity modifier

I couldn't find much of anything on its use in cosmetics, most of what

I found through various search engines was just food-related...heck, I

couldn't even figure out who sells it under the name " Li-Gel " in order

to see if they had a formulary or anything like that!

So, for more info, you'll need to wait for the chemists! *grin*
