Guest guest Posted August 21, 2003 Report Share Posted August 21, 2003 hi everyone i've been reading all the e-mails about health insurance over the past few months a agree something MUST be done about it. i work with Philip who has done a great deal of work in the past and still continues to be active writing copious letters to try and get an explanation why these companies, in particular HSA don't cover herbal medicine. together we have concocted a letter which we would like to run a strong and large campaign. the idea is that the letter is sent to HSA by every herbalist and as many patients as we can get interested, therefore sending a minimum number of letters of about 800 or so. HSA just can not ignore such a volume of request to include herbal medicine (even if its only from herbalist -but how are they to know-lets be a little devious and try and get our own way with this one!). and why not be a bit more ambious and send the letters to other large health insurance companies. anyway the reason i am mailing in is after deleting the mails i have forgotten who is fronting this type of campaign, or whether there is any committe in place to deal with such things. i would love to know then i can pass these details on for the campaign to get on the way.
