I had to have something to fully appreciate the fact that I am now once again banded. Yesterday was the baptism of fire and I am going to stick with fluids a bit longer. I want to eat, just for the sensation of chewing but I know the pain it is going to cause. I am perhaps a bit too restricted, but since fluids are going down I will be okay for the weekend. Tuesday might be a different story! But I am already prepared to drive up the Hills Private if needed, even with petrol at 1.29 a litre.
