Guest guest Posted September 18, 2001 Report Share Posted September 18, 2001 Can spelt berries be soaked 12hours, dried than ground into flour to be used without soaking. The reason I ask is that a friend thinks that what I do to my grains takes to long and she can't be spontanious (sp?). or is afraid she won't soak enough flour for breakfast ie. This way not much would be changed and would release the phytic acid. Would it be like the old times out in the field.
