Guest guest Posted March 30, 2006 Report Share Posted March 30, 2006 Hi .... Though I would let you guys all look at my food intake so you can pick it to pieces where I might be going wrong... Todays food intake was: B/fast: 1.5 scrambled eggs (didn't eat the whole 2) - 1 small grilled roma tomato (no skin) and 1 small skim capp A trip to Curves for my new work out nearly brough the eggs back up, but it was all ok! Lunch: 1 deep fried thai chicken & vege spring roll ~ not very big & not very good! Dinner: 1 small piece of atlantic salmon grilled with dill and a little bit of cauliflower in sauce and a chocolate paddle pop I think all of it is calorie laden!!! But I have eaten more today than I did yesterday. I also got a mini pack of twisties out of the cupboard to eat late arvo, and put them back. I was hungry, but wanted to eat a decent dinner so maybe my brain is kicking into a better place. Also, no chocolate today... Yes Me!!! Can't believe I haven't had a bit, just the paddle pop. Hope you are still hanging in there with Curves, I actually enjoyed it today, even though by my second round I was struggling with 2 of the bits of equipment.
