Which was my point exactly -- back to the issue of whether or not mom should be pumping immediately after the feed or whenever she can get to it (which is MY point to mothers....).

By the way, that issue of the Journal of Midwifery & Women's Health was probably the best journal I have read -- ever. It had more amazing and very practical articles in one issue than I have ever read in any other journal, including, sorry to say, the JHL.

Only issue of any journal in which I have felt compelled to write a letter of thanks to the editor. (it was Nov, 2007 -- the one Nikki quoted from.)
