Guest guest
Dr. JM- Does this highly positive response to l-carnosine provide information about the cause of 's disorder or what other treatments/supplements might work well for him? Among this small group of your patients who have done well on l-carnosine, have you noticed that they responded similarly to other treatments? I am wondering if we can learn something about treating from this response. Thank you very much, > Please read pp 156-7 of the book to hear about carnosine. Guest guest
Well ..I am all excited to try Canosine now. What is a good dosage, and what other supplements we need to give him along with it? Guest guest
We tried Carnosine with our daughter and the context of her speech improved - but she also was hyper which we deal with all of the time. I stopped - but now that I'm going to home school I may try it in small doses. Her amino acid analysis shows that she's normal in range for Carnosine. I have to say that all amino acids make our daughter extremely hyperactive - and yet, she is so low on so many. We have a prescription for the amino acids that she specifically needs - but I dread giving them to her because we are fighting the hyperactivity all day.
