1 cup organic brown rice flour - preferably

freshly milled

1/2 cup organic whole wheat or kamut flour - preferably freshly ground

3 organic carrots grated

fresh ginger grated (to taste)

1 tsp organic cinnamon

5 tablespoons xylitol (or use rice malt or maple syrup etc)

1/2 cup organic sultanas

toasted almonds or walnuts or pecans - I used wattleseeds

water to make a stiff mixture

bake around 30 min 180 degrees Cin a preheated oven in a dish lined

with baking paper
