Maybe in some cases yes, but on other occasions, they 'witter' on

about

totally tedious and usually irrelevant stuff; it really doesn't

compute or make any sense at all. I've had it explained to me that by

another that maybe they have to go, but they also feel the need to

tell me something else; but to me that is illogical. Why don't they

tell me what they feel they need to tell me and then go?
