Guest guest
A doctor friend told me that the most surprising thing he learned in med school was that the organs just don't obey the diagrams we see! Some are even reversed with the heart far to the right, etc. I like that " highly evolved humanoid " phrase! Bodies are wonderful at their best! It's when the spirit is livelier than the flesh that our bodies become problematic. Old Re: moetullar They can usually see a tumor on a cat scan. We freaked for a while here because I have a ______ something right at the topic of my stomach/ end of my liver that looked like cancer. The radiologist pretty much said it was cancer. However, they take all this to a team first and one of the members, for some unknown reason, said he thought it might very well be something I was simply born with. So they watched it and made me get several cat scans and MRIs and all that stuff every 3 months for a while. The IT never changed and now they say I was born with it. I also have 2 cysts on my kidney - another one of those weird things I was born with. They freaked about that too but I told them we already had seen that 20 years ago on ultrasounds - hasn't changed a bit. Who knows what we look like inside - it's not always standard for sure. My dad was apparently a highly evolved humanoid. He never had an appendix to start with. They did surgery on my girlfriend's spleen - when they finally found it about 8 inches away from where a normal spleen would be positioned
