Guest guest
I had become a vegetarian at age 14 when I got into Animal Lib. I also got sick with digestive issues at the same time and got myself off the medical route. I had had diabetes since age 8 and was studying everyting I could get my hands on in natural therapies. Then I came across someone teaching sourdough bread making for healing and I went to the class with my dad when I was 16 and had a mb consultation with her - she was a student of Jacques de langre - the celtic salt guy. It was the tail end of the time when anyone knew anything about mb here so there was nothing and I did all the trial and error on my own mostly with consultations with whoever I could. Then I discovered mb today magazine and went to the US when I finished high school and studied with paul pitchford who wrote healing with wholefoods which is not mb but in the same arena. I went to a week long camp in mendocino and met all the people i had read about in the magazine - it was like being in mb hollywood! then I came back to Australia and went to Uni and worked as a naturopath after that. And studied at the Ki in Holland a few years ago. It was great to do some formal mb training in person after years of phone and internet and self study etc.... now I am doing the macroamerica course online which is sooo cool! purpleveg wrote: Soooooooo how did you get into mb?
